Highly motivated seller. New boat forces sale of our well loved and regularly maintained Leisure 23sl with twin bilge keels. This yacht has been looked after and used mainly for day sailing around the East Coast rivers, but is a sturdy, dry and seaworthy sailer capable of much longer passages.
Forecabin:
-Double v berth
-New flexible water tank
-Jabasco Sea toilet excellent condition
-Dry locker currently used for life jackets
-All cushions in dry storage at home
Main cabin:
-Dining table converts to double berth

-Morse engine controls to starboard side of cockpit with forward, reverse, neutral, electric start and kill switch.

Boat survey carried out in January 2018 £'000s spent since repairing and updating, including standing rigging replacement, running rigging replacement, spray hood repaired, anchor and chain replacement, hatch sealed, replaced navigation lights, new fresh water system, rudder replaced.
